Come and join us in the woods for a Herbal First Aid workshop.

You will learn about the most important herbs in herbal first aid and about basic first aid and common ailments.

This workshop is being led by Šárka : ” I specialise in women’s health; I combine herbalism with energetic and shamanic healing. I feel that herbal medicine is our right and everyone should have access to it”

This workshop offers a sliding scale for payment, please pay what you feel you can reasonably afford and if you would love to come but can’t make a payment, please get in touch and we will try to help.

This is a very informative session that will not be so suitable for young children to join, however if you cannot join us without children then we are able to offer a limited number of spaces, as Jo from Heart of the Woods will run a few outdoor activities to keep them busy and having fun !

If children are attending, please book a ticket for them as well and leave a donation for the activities on the day.

Lunch will be provided following the session.

We do have compost loos and hand washing facilities on site.
